Look Out 2025, Here We Come
Bursting Through Knowledge and Power
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I’m excited and energized to move into 2025. I realize this contradicts the gloom and doom predicted and projected from many places, but I stand firmly on positive ground.
This excited energy manifests from Bursting Through. With each year, Bursting Through as a movement, a community, and a business hones its focus and aligns its purpose. I can’t wait to see what 2025 brings.
Together we are a community of kind-hearted people connected through our shared humanity. We are creating the loving, accepting, and inclusive world we deserve. With our stories, we share important parts of ourselves and put positive vibrations into the world.
While other organizations fight for equality, Bursting Through encourages inclusion by discovering and embracing our interconnectivity. This movement is not designed to fight and does not intend to fight with anybody. It is designed to deepen our connections to each other and the human experience.
Bursting Through WILL NOT force its beliefs or ethos on anyone who is not interested in the Queer Community, Allyship, or being part of our movement. We WILL welcome everyone who self-identifies as an Ally and champion all who believe the world would be better served by more compassion, empathy, and love.
I’m grateful there are activists, advocates, politicians, and political watchers who fight the good fight in our courtrooms, political arenas, and media outlets. These courageous people must fight the institutions and policies that foster inequality but I am glad Bursting Through maneuvers differently.
I love that Bursting Through is empowered with your compelling stories and captivating Allyship belief statements. I’m energized that this content is the fuel that drives the Bursting Through products and services that make up the Busting Through Allyship Awareness Experiences I’m honored to deliver.
Bursting Through Allyship Awareness Experiences are interactive workshops, activations, and keynotes that use our powerful stories and personal experiences to create the more caring and connected society we all deserve. They come in different formats making them ideal for any workplace, community organization, or cultural event.
I’m excited to see how many Bursting Through events can be delivered in 2025 and ask for your help spreading our inclusion blueprint. If your work, library, arts festival, and/or community organizations need a new, powerful, and interactive LGBTQ+ inclusion program, recommend a Bursting Through Allyship Awareness Experience.

There is never a wrong time to engage with Allyship but I am acutely aware that many places limit this conversation to PRIDE month in June. If so, encourage them to book a Bursting Through Allyship Experience now before time slips away and while they are still available.
